Dreadful Fucking Cold

Even after a regimen of antibiotics to push back last weeks strep, I feel tired and my joints & glands ache today. I'm going to go home & sleep after 3:15 today in a sea of warm blankets...

I'm a fan of echinacea. I haven't had a cold in 2 years (jinx); when I feel the symptoms coming on, I start taking it every 4 hours, or drinking it as tea, and it really seems to fight off the virus.
