My Anti-Christmas List, Pt 1
Nov. 27th, 2002 01:07 pmRather than post a list of things that my bottomless gullet of material desire wants, I have decided instead to create a list of people I am buying things for. To wit, I present the following:
Mike-- Mike has already told me he wants John, Johnny, & I to take his now naked dining room chairs in for finishing and match them to the antique table he has. No small gift, but I'd still like to get him something more personal...
John-- I have NO clue what he wants, and I want to get him something more thrilling than work shirts. We'll see.
Johnny-- He's made it clear that a big gift from all of us in the form of a CD player for his car would be QUITE nice. I'll need to have John find a decent one for us & possibly install it.
Duke-- I have NO idea. I'll just use a magic 8-Ball to find out... maybe a cookbook or XBox. We DO owe him a computer...
Tim-- I think something Bear themed is in order, but I'm going to quiz his bf Duke on his interests.
fuzzbear-- Now THIS boy needs to post a Christmas want list. Anything I KNOW he wants is big ticket and a bit out of my range. Again, I'll snoop with the bf to uncover some Season's goodness.
Tony-- Ah, time for the Taciturn Mr. Weaks. Well, he likes the color Orange, PowerPuff Girls, and fast cars... I don't think I can find and orange sports car built by Professor Utonium. We'll see what else I come up with. Maybe a Christmas subsciption to Playboy? LOL.
Da Boss-- Well, I've already fetched him a gift, but since I'm usually in a losing arm's race with the gift he gives me, I'll need a few more things. I need a bank loan to back me up on this...
bearwilly-- Ah, the boss's boss. What to get for the boyfriend of the man who has everything, or can at least purchase it? Is it inappropriate to give sex toys at Xmas to your Boss' boyfriend? I can never tell.
blithwulf-- Hmn. John SHOULD be the easiest to get a gift for since I know his tastes, but I'd really like to shoot for something personal as opposed to falling back on gaming items.
countrykub-- EASY choice here.. Japanese Anime stuff or decent CD's. A no-Brainer. Or I COULD get creative. Hmn....
I'll be adding a few people here & there, but that's all for now.
Ho-Ho-Ho, I want a Platinum card.
